By installing and using ReplyHunter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

ReplyHunter is a Chrome extension that analyzes posts on X (Twitter) and provides engagement predictions, competition alerts, and timing recommendations to help you find high-value reply opportunities.

All analysis happens locally in your browser. We provide a predicted analysis based on historical patterns with no guarantee of accuracy or actual future performance. Individual results may vary significantly.

3. Beta Usage

ReplyHunter is currently in a public Beta phase. By using the service during this period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Beta program, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
  • Pricing and subscription models will be introduced at a later date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email at least 7 days before the unlimited Beta period ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReplyHunter:

  • •For personal, non-commercial purposes (unless explicitly permitted)
  • •Without attempting to reverse engineer or modify the extension
  • •Without using the extension for spam or abusive behavior

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

The Software, including but not limited to its predictive algorithms, the "Momentum Engine," "Opportunity Labels," and all related code, logic, and visual assets, is the exclusive property of ReplyHunter. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Software as intended.

You are strictly prohibited from:

    Decompiling or Reverse EngineeringAttempting to extract, copy, or replicate the source code or underlying logic.

    Creating Derivative WorksBuilding a competing product that mimics the unique functionality or "look and feel" of ReplyHunter.

    RedistributionSharing, selling, or re-hosting any part of the extension's proprietary data or logic.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplyHunter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • •The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • •Predictions are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee actual engagement or specific results
  • •The extension will work with all X (Twitter) features or updates

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReplyHunter or its creators be liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of reputation, or suspension of your X (Twitter) account due to violation of their terms.

7. Chrome Web Store Compliance

ReplyHunter complies with Chrome Web Store policies. We do not collect user data, display ads, or engage in any deceptive practices. The extension's functionality is clearly disclosed and operates as described.

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue ReplyHunter at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using ReplyHunter at any time by uninstalling the extension from Chrome. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the extension for violations of these terms.
